You're kidding me right?

L(ow) G(rade) or L(ame) G(ear) - as they are generally known here in the UK - is taking pot shots at MOTOROLA? Whatever next Hyundai will claim Ferrari is copying their coupe designs?

LG are fighting way to many notches above their belts.
Get back in the box

Now I'm stuck in the middle...

Heres the skinny.

Had a Sony HD player, kinda loved it. SonicSage CP is finally a great piece of software but Sony's attitude, to it's customers, sucks.

I defected and bought a Alu-Nano. Big mistake. iTunes 7 has caused me nothing but trouble. Album art gets lost. Changing Album art manually means that the art won't be updated on your iPod. iTunes may start but then again it may freeze your computer!

An the Alu-Nano what a piece of crap that is. It feels cheap, it feels fragile, it sounds awful and what is with all the cheap plastic and white cables - thats just wrong?

I've just Ebayed the Nano and for the time being I'm going back to the Sony NW-HD3. I'm considering either a Walkman phone or even a Zune. Apple are all show no go. Not sure how they win design awards, with products thats are as badly designed as the Nano? Peace out.
OMGod - 'Idiot' and 'Paul', either both of you are trying a bit of sarcasm (Apologies if you are) or you are two of the most stupid people on the planet!!! How frickin' stupid? A guess you like staring down juggernauts on the highway.

It GOES WITHOUT SAYING that the iPod support unit is removed for washing!

This is a blog for technology it sttacts smart people to look at smart products, go figure?
Okay now I'm a little Angry. The US Apple site is fully loaded with the nu content including iTunes v7
The UK site is still showing the old crap and iTunes v6? (I've dwnloaded iTunes 7 from the US site but until somebody invents a teleporter I can't get my hands ON MY GOD DAMN iPod NANO 8GB IN SCHWEET BLACK!!!!

When the fcuk are we going to get the good stuff over here? I hope Apple aren't going to treat us as badly as Sony does?
I'm in! a former Sony fanboy moves over to the dark side. The 8gb is only available in black... and the problem is? It's a shame the Apple didn't bring out the Alu Nano first instead of the crappy acrylic Nano 1G.

Did I miss read or is 'iTV' still a project title? If it becomes the product title it itsn't going to fly in the UK as 'ITV' or 'Independent Television' is the name of our 2nd biggest terrestrial TV broadcaster.

I looked up the origins of the word 'Sony' today, All I could came up with, was this,

ha‧ra-ki‧ri[hahr-uh-keer-ee, har-uh-, har-ee-]
–noun

1. Also called seppuku. ceremonial suicide by ripping open the abdomen with a dagger or knife: formerly practiced in Japan by members of the warrior class when disgraced or sentenced to death.
2. suicide or any suicidal action; a self-destructive act: political hara-kiri.

Also, hari-kari.

I admit, I used to be a Sony fan boy but now it's a case of 'BABAS' Buy Anything But A Sony.
Wayne Hemmingway has a relationship to design much in the same way as Dubya Bush has a relationship to intelligence.

The Bug is as credible a design as Dada's MP3 playin' bling boots. Come on Engadget we need a laugh every now and then but stick to the good stuff and let the tabloid bloggs deal with cr*p like the bug adio.
Pop quiz.

1. Fiddy cent is hangin' with Steve Jobs in order to drop a co-lab, lo-rent Mac.

2. Crystal champagne doesn't want to be the drink of choice for the oh so 'tasteful' rap fraternity.

a. 1 is true and 2 is false
b. 1 is false and 2 is true
c. 1 and 2 are both true
d. 1 and 2 are both false

Answer on a post card please....
Whilst 'SCPL' isn't trade marked (yet), I have a feeling the word 'Scalpel' is. It's probably a moot point but I don't think the bike guys, Cannondale, will be very happy?
Asmith. Are you on crack? Seriously, Nokia may have lost their way but the N-Series is proof, at least to the technologically advanced UK and European mobile phone markets, that they're back on track.

Have you actually used any of these phones yet?
Each one serves a purpose. They're built(Well most of 'em, save for the N70.) like the proverbial Swiss watch. The N91 is trick for sure.

If Nokia haven't got a phone for you, just move along!

If you want a premium phone look no further.

P.S. I'm not a Nokia fan boy, just fed up with weak throw away, lazy arse comments from the likes of number 11.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
