I highly doubt they would have your gamer tag. I would guess that it is either something you would have to sign up to or MS would send out the alerts based upon the information you have provided on registration. Otherwise MS would have to give out a huge list of gamertags that live in the region and I'm pretty sure that would lead to a hell of a law suit.
And just how does this company intend to get the compensation it is seeking to the people that got banned? After they have taken their ridiculous cut that is.

Of course MS could go ahead and agree to pay out (despite not being in the wrong) and insist that they are given a list of all the people to compensate. They could then send them all a refund for their Live fee and then take them all to court for loss of earnings and copying copyrighted material ;)
Maybe Russia is more annoyed at IW making it look like all it would take is to find the body of a dead American at the scene of a terrorist attrocity to make Russia launch an all out attack on America.

Or any of the other plot holes the storyline is full of.
You do realise their was a whole film based on the Ewoks?
My own reflection
You forget about all the people with modded 360s who went to all the trouble of downloading the copy of MW2 when it came out a week before the official release and then found their Xboxs banned from Xbox Live as of the official MW2 release date :D
I think Solace meant they have nice veneers. Veneers that are bleach white when a tooths natural clour is actually a very light ivory.
I don't list Live as the PS3's online experience is nowhere near as complete.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
