Joshua,

Can you please share how the trackball function on the homescreen? I have seen it not function as a selector, standard function throughout the device UI, but instead as a way to horizontally scroll between desktops. I would love to know how this implementation works, does Sense UI break the interaction model for the home screen with the trackball, from the rest of the device?

I would love to know how this works, I know a video would be to much but am very very interested for future Android devices.

Thanks!!!
I love watches and could really use one more
This would help me backup the bins and bins full of Zip disks...just need the time and the space.

Then they can be retired to a life as street hockey pucks.
I had the same issue last year. It is when the GPU dies but you don't get the RRoD...I pushed MS and they sent me a new one for free under the RRoD warranty.

But After I got the download a few weeks ago, my latest 360 (number 3) stopped reading discs, very first reboot after the patch was installed. But this time MS was not helpful at all, so $106 and a month without an Xbox to get a new one...free of the mess.
Those are the same tables that are in the Sprint Experience store in downtown Kansas City (the coasters gave it away). They are customer made by some ex-MediaLab folks.

They work pretty well but not as responsive as the MS Surface tables, partially due to them being projection based.
The 14% number sounds small, but no cuts will touch the nearly 35,000 that work in retail or call centers. So that leaves about 22,000 corporate employees to take the brunt of the 8,000+ cuts and that is before outsourcing starts. So in the end it will be closer to 40% of the corporate employees. And the $1.2B is for salary and benefits plus some magical unicorn math that I just don't get. Just wonder if they don't simplify their business how will the 8,000 to 10,000 employees left in corporate be able to run such a huge and way to complex operation.
that is the same box as the retail for the 850w or Treo Pro. The inside is pretty nice, with all molded or folded paper, kind of a velum overlay on the outside and the tail end of the box is lopped off so that is stands nice on a retail shelf. Also no manuals inside.
Does this model have an accelerometer? If not how is the landscape rotation handled?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
