but the question begs to be asked.... how many megapixels?
Lame gallery. 10 pics of the device which looks the same from all sides. How about some good pics of the image on the wall? That's where the rubber hits the road.
google mobile app doens't show email in mobile view, only shows email if I select desktop view.
Rumor has it that this has the same focusing performance of the D3.
And don't forget this will run Snow Leopard. $430 Macbook... I'll take it.
just plug it into your cassette adapter.
is the $99 an annual subscription or is it a one time cost? If it is one time, it's actually a pretty good deal if maps are always current.

And to the person who said this would be dumb of TomTom to do, actually it's pretty smart. They have no hardware production costs and once they've recovered the R&D costs for this app, it's all gravy to them.
I've used the Qik website and have been way underwhelmed. The live videos are all choppy, the content is pathetic, and it really just makes the viewer ache for something that works. So, with that being said, I don't see not being able to live stream as a deal breaker. I'll do anything to get rid of that 'by VideoUp' tag that currently appears with my videos. Qik is a cooler brand.
Kinda like the floppy disk icon we use to save?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
