Yeah, this is a poor PS job by the marketing department at Big Red. We recently had a poster sent to our Verizon Store featuring the Blackberry Pearl, but the screenshot on the pearl was of Windows Mobile. I am pretty sure they graphics people internally don't know a thing about phones.
I would give my two left nuts for that tv.....
Kinda looks like an imitation of that iphone concept video that was floating around a long time ago.

Verizon requires a data plan of 25 dollars for 10 mb or 45 dollars for unlimited data on ALL BLACKBERRY DEVICES... ALL OTHER SMARTPHONES offer a pay per kb plan
Yup, no iTunes plus on my newly upgraded version either
You dont want to pay 15 dollars a month for VCast, so you would rather pay 25 dollars a month for the sprint Power Vision equivalent? GENIUS!
VCast is more than just 1 minute clips, it is also unlimited mobile web, preventing you from being charged airtime minutes for VZNavigator, Chaperone, or any of the other data pulling services.
Verizon and Alltel are already quite close, as they already share roaming on each other's towers. This deal would make alot more sense, i agree that sprint is already over their heads with the Nextel acquisition.
This is strange for apple, they usually do an onslaughter of software updates minutes after the keynote has finished. (at least has been that way with the last few itunes events)..... good things to come? i hope so
does anyone else see a resemblance to the Chrysler Imperial Concept in this car?
Thats great and all, though i think it is all apples and oranges when you start looking at the price points.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
