To fix the economy, collectively as a global community, we should spend more money. When money starts to flow again on a broad scale, the economy will quickly grow stronger because people will be purchasing goods. These goods need to be produced, generating more jobs. When people have jobs, they will have money to spend on more goods. Growth! Pick me!
Oh no, they've taken good ideas with usability in mind and stole* them.
I think that Alltel relies solely on Verizon towers in NY and NJ, I dont think they have any towers of their own here. And if they did, I'm sure they would allow you to buy phones via their website at least, which would eiminate the absolute need for stores to be able to sell phones. Stores are pertinant to a network opperator, but technically not necessary. Of course you really cant hope to sell phones without stores but ..
Alltel is not a major carrier or a "megacarrier":

"Nothing in the wireless industry generates more soap opera-like drama than when two megacarriers sue each other over deceptive advertising, so we're definitely looking forward to seeing how this all plays out."

They are regional, but still advertise in places they dont cover. For example I live in Jersey but they do not cover Jersey, and I dont believe they cover NY either, so I dont know how they claimed to be the biggest...
I feel that it runs quicker and smoother, however i still cannot get compiz to work even though it came bundled with the operating system, nor would it work with 7.04. This is very frustrating for me! otherwise it looks and feels the same as 7.04.
Hmm.. Where is Apple based? California? I wonder who is paying the politicians to push this one? lol
With The iPhone, I will increase my productivity and organization. I currently own a SE w810i but its organization and syncing is sub-par for my needs. I am an honors student and the iPhone would be an excellent step into my commitment to organization and productivity.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
