You can get it through amazon.com. - I just ordered one. However, go ahead and read the forums on this phone at phonescoop.com. They are talking about Cingy not allowing its users to use the FM radio or a problem with data plan whatsoever.

The most appealing feature of this phone for me is the capability to support podcasting. The podcatcher software can be downloaded at: http://europe.nokia.com/A4160376

IF Cingy acts smart and offers a good data plan with this phone they could actually increase their ARPUs significantly through people downloading podcast episodes and pushing pictures to Flickr accounts directly to/from their phones.

Currently Amazon.com website states that the only media plan is for a 5MB data access plan for $15. I believe the reason for not having a better data plan is that Cingy has not finished fully upgrading to 3G network yet at major metropolitan areas.
Halo 3 for sure..!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
