Looks like you and your boyfriend just did a little bit of the rusty trombone, huh?!? Might want to go wash up though. Not very office safe. ;)
Verizon has opened up GPS for a lot of their phones. So I'm guessing this one will be no different. Especially since they've said that the idea of the droid phones will all open. That's my guess at least.

But this is one of the worst demo videos I've seen. I think the phone looks like crap, but the android part and the widescreen is terrific. 16GB storage? Definitely a plus. But I'm waiting for the HTC Passion to see if that's a widescreen android phone.
Droid is okay. Great to have 2.0, but what about the HTC phone we saw in the photo when this was originally announced? That's the one I want to hear about! When's that baby coming out?!?
I still think that Android looks dated. Compared to the snazzy HTC Sense UI, this looks like a standard boring desktop with icons on it. Even with the widgets, I'm still looking forward to picking up an HTC Android device! Of course, I have a BB Storm right now and am DYING to get rid of this piece of crap!
To be fair on one aspect, the nuviphone started out saying it would have a better camera than the iphone did and the iphone is just catching up to everyone else. So they'd be on par with that one. Everything else, however....
I don't think Farah's death was all that sudden. Hadn't she been having issues with cancer for a few years now?
I've heard that the pre has to be on the charger in a specific way. So the moment you screech to a halt, that thing is going flying. Kind of pointless if you ask me.
While I agree with part of this, I honestly think that there are a lot of city passes that are worth it. I went to Prague and Vienna one spring break and bought a 5 day city pass for Prague and a 3 day for Vienna. Both were VERY well worth it! It not only included entrance into most museums and places of interest for free or at least for a large discount, but it also was free metro or trolly use for those days.

So don't just say no, don't do a city pass. The best advice would be to read the rules of a city pass carefully and think if it is worth it to you and your family. One day passes may not be worth it if it doesn't include travel costs in it. But several days pass might be exactly what you need.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
