"The fact that CableCARDs just don't work is no surprise to anyone who has tried to use one -- ok we're exaggerating here, but we've had our fair share installed and every one makes for a funny story"

It would be nice if you focused less on funny stories and more on accurate reporting.

Every M CableCARD that I have used has been free of problems. Many of the S cards were bad but that was a few years ago. CableCARDs are great, it's the 2-way support and idiot installers that are the problem.
Why are you guys talking about A18? I downloaded A19 last night.
I have a E6400, it is the best laptop I have ever used, but this problem is real. I used a zalman laptop cooler under the dock, because the dock adds to the laptop temp. The Dell dock needs to have a cooling fan built into the unit.

I do notice a speed difference when not docked, I will keep checking for BIOS updates.

Dell, please release a (Dell Wireless 410 BT+UWB Minicard) Windows 7 driver!
wow, that article was a complete waste of time.
If Sony had left Blu-ray movie playback out of the PS3 we would probably be watching HD-DVDs today.
Foolish move by Microsoft to shun Blu-ray, people appreciate consolidating devices. Nintendo Wii should play DVD without having to hack too. Physical media is not going to die until it is guaranteed that we can endlessly download the content when needed; otherwise, it just makes sense to have a physical copy when the costs are similar.
Hopefully they are the tech support people that had to transfer me to someone else in order to solve my problem.
With a last name as cool as Hammer, you think the company have a more creative name. I vote for HammerTime!
I agree that xda-developers.com has a lot of good info; but it's also full of junk and completed disorganized. I would prefer official ROMs rather than wasting my life trying to figure out what is going on at that website.
Sprint HTC TouchPro better be on the list. As of right now I can't find any info. I see a new official ROM was released at the end of last month, but not for 6.5.

HTC Touch Pro (Sprint)_SprintTouchProMR2.01.651.6
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
