With this news....why is apple stock down today?
I wish they matched canon's 10m depth. 15 vs 30 feet is a good difference for underwater photography.
I absolutely prefer webOS to android as far as the notifications go. It is a much more elegant solution.

I have a feeling Apple is making us wait one more year for that, then one more year again for real multitasking.

I'm sure they don't call it "planned obsolescence" but something more like a "road map". its just annoying that they COULD do it now but they figure they need something in their pocket to WOW people later.
I dont think you're quite right about the way the actual game is played.

I was at E3 and played it as well, and I specifically asked if the rest of the game has the "on rails" feeling as this.

I was told catergorically that it was only teh challenge (specifcally the demo challange) that did that, and when you play the game, while it isn't an "open world" a la the last tony hawk, it would definetly give you more freedom to move around in the maps.

Furthermore, you will have to give yourself more speed sometimes. The 'L.A. River Challenge Demo" was supposed to be slightly downhill so that you didnt have to keep pushing.
Cool idea. I dont like the design at all.
uh..i'm confused.

Why is there only one button?
Yeah, i had to redo that button too on my Harmony One.
This is cool...but i've already got a work around.

I used a regular IR remote on my PS3 (i want to say it was called the blue wave or something).

the ONLY thing it doesn't do is turn it on. But I have never needed it to. Why? Becasue i do one of two things with it:

1. Play a game. I'm using the PS3 controller, which turns it on.
2. Watching a move-putting in a movie means i'm next to the ps3 and i can turn it on there.

The controller does turn the system off.
I think the obvious solution to the economy is legalizing mary jane.

Either that or zombie apocalypse.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
