@ Nick

Unfortunately no.

Sony has stated it is coming sometime but hasn't give any time frames.
I really need to get in shape after a year of sitting in front of the computer/tv and drinking beer.
Campbell: SNAAAAAAAAKE!
I really wish that would be the case.

Though I imagine things will just get worse.
(Rogers has already started to degrade some HD signals)

Welcome to HD-
I am a rogers HD subscriber.

Not only do Rogers Internet management policies anger me, now they are once again "selling less service for more money" (typical rogers corporate behavior) with HD cable.

Sadly there is not a lot of choice where I live but I am for sure going to be looking for alternatives for current cable and internet offerings.

(BTW, the cable boxes Rogers uses are horrible. Some of the worst UI software I have ever seen)
A driver should not be able to bring down on OS.

It happens on XP too (but less often with the more mature drivers)

Blame microsoft for the way they build their OSes too.
Sadly I think this is the only other per-second billing (Fido being the other) available in Canada.

Poor poor taste.
His parents should should be ashamed (and double ashamed for boasting about this by posting it on youtube)
@Kodros

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
