What to do with a Shift???
- Traveling lighter than the regular laptop
- Actually opening the computer on a plane tray
- Constant, always on electronic brain to capture all the stuff I'd otherwise forget.
For cities where overcrowding makes cars suboptimal, why not? take it one step further and ban cars from certain areas of town and only allow Robocabs (better design than these, though...) that are centrally controlled. How loud are they (for you and for your caller?) I find long concalls tough with regular BT because it only pipes in one ear. The stereo headsets I get with my phone are usually better, because I get the call in stereo, but the noise for the other end of the call is still a concern.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
