I don't own a BlackBerry but I always valued their email ecosystem as the best, but now it seems a faux.
Is there an article explaining why Android software lacks multi-touch? Is it for legal reasonings? Link anyone?
Personally, I'm not changing the way I use my iPhone's data anywhere. AT&T needs to quite lying to themselves and build a more/better network to accommodate their subscribers.
@soviet4ever I concur and I think this guy is drinking to much NY coffee because clearly Google dominates here in CA.
This is my second comment to this post and I wanted to make acknowledgment that there's nothing "Intelligent" about this post by the author... It's noteworthy but not near intelligence.
"I will remain skeptical that the Google Phone ever comes to market," which is entirely based if Google sells their phone at retail price/unlocked and if they reduce the retail price as subsidies do with carriers.
You need Quantity to be noticed and valued in the mobile industry more than Quality. Thus "iPhone about to sell 10 million units," "100,000 apps," and "#1 selling smartphone" as all headlines for stories. Whereas quality of the product functioning is secondary.
Google is quite the company.
With all due respect to Apple, I would've never released it.
Ummm... I feel as though AT&T want to work on the locations with the most "problem location" vs. improving their network as a whole.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
