Hmm... nice. Will have to see if it can replace Popcorn Hour.
So long!? It was announced just couple of months ago, in February 09 and yes, along with E75 which is already in the market!
without any mainstream platform of S60 or Winmo, these phones would not excite much. What would you do with a month's standby time if you cannot install any apps?
No 3G and no GPS? Where are you Philips, you better stop this mobile phone business and stick to your shavers and epilators... or make better TVs and Audio equipments.
Nice one. Now i can upgrade my E65..!
But the screen doesn't look bigger though.
such a short list of codecs?
and no DTS, 1080p; not sure if its hdmi 1.3a.
when u have popcorn hour, hdix, xbmc who will buy these?
wow.. the size and price seems to be in proportion, unlike other tiny sky priced ones!
but a test of throughput and signal quality will only tell the actual usefulness. Also imagine, if the manual says you need to be within 10ft of the wifi router!!
It'll not be far when someone stuffs an 11n receiver in the usb plug itself, by that time hope we would have got the 11n standard out of draft LOL!
O gosh, now where do I go to get my tv streamed to my nokia phone!
oh, hmm.. but somehow, that person's hair doesn't look good.. he/she should wash his/her hair often.
and if that left palm is considered to be of a female, she may face bad times in future, with little help of recession...

huh...

isn't the slingbox is all about interpreting the signals from its s/w client or tv remote and send it to the media device or tv??

i am not a user or dev of slingbox, but just my thoughts...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
