I just ordered mine, as a State employee it was even cheaper. It was $179 w/contract and I got an additional $25 off of that.

But it's $579 normally? That's $150 more than the T-Mobile version.
My 7130c has the up/down arrow on Cingular.

It would be nice to have some consistancy, you can mis-label all the keys as long as they are all 'correctly' mis-labled.
I was at an ITEC show and there were both Cingular and T-Mobile RIM people there. Of course the Cingular reps had the Pearl so I did get to play with a Cingular Branded Pearl.

I mentioned the November 17th date that has been thrown around and the rep said no, and of course being vauge I asked if it would be out in time for Christmas and they said yes. So this sounds like a nice date to make that true.

Of course the T-Mobile rep said there was no way Cingular would have it out this year, but he was more refering to the back end infrastructure needed.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
