Yeah, but the X300 ONLY runs Windoze... Remind me why I would want that to just run that (crappy) OS when I can have OS X?
Not so fast...not all Mac folks are liberals... There are plenty of Republicans out here using OS X and hating our corporate Windoze experience.
They (Greenpeace) should be happy. Apple has Nobel Prize winner ALGORE on the board. A true embarrassment - both for the prize and as a shareholder for the fact that this nitwit hypocrite is associated with Apple. Well at least he used Keynote for his slideshow, I mean, "movie".
This changes everything...
Can we wait until the device is launched?

After going through an ordeal with Cingular/ATT on a Nokia "non-smartphone" I think it would be wise to ship the iPhone and ensure all the basic functions play nice with the network before we have hundreds of 3rd party apps that leave you with an expensive brick...
Hard to argue these facts...

My school taxes are among the highest the nation and there's very little accountability. Even though I'm paying a ridiculous tax rate, another $20 million bond was passed to "pay" for maintenance that should have been part of the "operating budget". So, yeah, let's keep poor school performance, poor teachers and pay more money.

How about running the place just a little like a business with accountability and pay for performance. The marketplace works every time it's tried.
What's with the god awful Netscape video player? How about posting the "real" versions in Quicktime and linking to the crappy ones?
Get a clue! Have any of the morons complaining about the $1.99 dealt with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in a Fortune 500 company? 38 lawyers, 42 accounts and 80 different opinions on revenue recognition. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Go deal the the bozos in Redmond, I'm sure you get real VALUE there, cough...
Uh...MS Exchange was clearly listed in the Keynote under IMAP clients. Lot's of folks are missing the point. IT"S THE UI.
Let's see, Touch screen iPod, Phone with the first decent UI, push email, Exchange, true pocket browsing and whole new touch interface for all based on OS X. They'll sell millions, glad to be a stockholder.
Yeah, well...I'm offended by muslim extremists performing acts of terrorism as a means to make their point. I'm offended by the beheading of innocent people. I'm offended that "mainstream/moderate" muslims aren't outraged by those that have hijacked their religion and don't speak out.

If you want to live like it's the 12th century, no Macs for you!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
