can u please tell me when i can get the firware for nokia 7710 available if upgrade on the net as the coustomer service is not ready to give me an update of it as my mobile was given as a gift to me and is out of warrenty. they say not ot upgrade the firmware.

There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience.
