I agree... I have been with Sprint since 2001 and have no intentions on leaving. I was waiting for my 2-year upgrade to get a Touch Pro, but now I am waiting for a hands on with the Pre before I decide.

Their prices, coverage, phone selection, and network performance is as good, if not better, than any other company.
Why are people leaving Sprint? I have been a contract subscriber since 2000. I have no desire or plans to leave. Sure, for a while their phone selection was weak, but that has changed. I have know idea why people are complaining about their customer service - I have called CS maybe 3 times - once on a rebate status, and twice to get my employee discount billing in order. I think CS issues are like something of a self-fulfilling prophecy; the word is a company has bad CS, so when you deal with them you go in with a preconceived mindset.
Service wise, I have no issues. Started with them in Sioux City, IA (small city) service was solid in town and along major highways. Now I live in KC and have excellent service. $15/mo for unlimited data, cant beat it.

As long as they provide service I will be with them!

When my wife wanted to upgrade to a QWERTY phone we looked at this and was very disappointed. It truly is nothing more than you typical lower to mid-level handset with a keyboard. Ended up going with the Centro.
I just loaded it up in my Sprint Q... works great. I can see how a touchscreen would be awesome, but they have done a good job to accommodate the touch-less! Flash/ streaming video works very good...overall it is pretty solid. I had tried that MS debacle Bluefish or whatever it was, this IS what Bluefish was suppose to be.
w00t... x-mas in November!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
