The trick is to realize, there is no spoon.
It seems like there would be some precedent for this issue in book readers for the blind? Sure, you'd look pretty bad suing "the blind", but then again I wouldn't put it past some of these lawyers...
Yeah, this is annoying. In a similar way to the ads that pop up now when I click a link away from DownloadSquad...
"I've learned to love my right mouse button. Seriously, developers hide all the interesting stuff there."

To bad Apple Developers only have the one mouse button- I guess they can only do half as much. [geo-ducks] =)

If I had 5 litres of Hieneken, it would last a lifetime. That stuff is nasty.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
