My understanding is that it has a GPS and may not work outside of an authorized area. Rumors abound. :)
I expect to see "App Hunter" ads on television soon. Hunters will be looking for applications under $2.99 each and won't find any in the Microsoft app store, but they will find them in the Apple app store and be so elated (in the television commercial).
What does "refusal to deal" have to do with the USA? Nothing.
I completely get it:
1) The BlackBerry isn't the latest model.
2) He doesn't have an unlimited data plan.
3) The BlackBerry badge on the holster is out of focus.
4) The lighting makes it look purple/pink and it should look more of a mauve.
5) The BlackBerry is in the holster and we all know that busy people at airports and on airplanes should be yelling into them to sound important and annoy people nearby.
Refurbs only have a 90 day warranty. Beware.

"Charge Cycles
A properly maintained iPhone battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 400 full charge and discharge cycles. You may choose to replace your battery when it no longer holds sufficient charge to meet your needs."

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
