i would venture to say if they built in the hd-dvd drive, we wouldn't even be talking about blu-ray. bad decision microsoft

why not just do things right in the first place???? best buy used to see around 5,000 dollars a year from me. in the last five years i bet i've spent less than 500. their service plans suck, their employees (most of them) don't give a crap about their job and/or know nothing about their job.

best buy is a dirtbag big-box retailer, everything they do revolves around screwing their customers. it's about time someone stuck it to them.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
