I've spoke to many people involved in air traffic control, pilots, etc. Bottom line is that it's the biggest myth to have to keep cellphones off during flight. The real fear is that they can be used as a remote trigger for a bomb..other than that there is no problem

I got real excited..but then remembered AT&T hasn't brought 3G to my area anyway! No time soon I reckon..so who cares

Anybody really believe this will be launced by June? Cingular is famous for the on and on delay of new phone introduction. But maybe this phone was actually built to be "pre-branded" with Cingular in mind which could make a difference

OK..once and for all..if I have the 19.99 unlimited mediamax plan and buy the 8525 will i be able to access "full" html internet sites using my existing plan? i realize it is only provisioned for the wap.cingular APN-but does that matter?

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
