Where is the RJ45 port? Why do you need a special dongle when you can use exisiting wireless b/g/n technologies?

So the Dyson Air Multiplier is "the overpriced bladeless fan you never asked for" but the iPhone isn't superficial, overpriced, overhyped and unoriginal?

I think a reality check is in order.

Compaq CQ61 does 15.6-inch screen and "real" processor for $399, wonders what all that netbook fuss was about

That "Netbook fuss" is cheaper and more mobile. Laptops are Netbooks are for different uses and markets.

As a regular user of both I am glad Netbooks are around as there are times when Laptops are too big and bulky for casual mobile use.

Bees in the UK are not killer bees and will only sting if provoked. As for the price, you could easily get others to chip in to the cost and get one that way.

It seems very strange that there are still such long delays in rolling out Android compatible phones to market since the launch of the G1 in October 2008. 6 months later we still only have one Android capable phone and no firm dates for additional handsets. It seems Android has run out of steam before it's got started.

The current (Mercedes made) "bendy-busses" catch fire all the time and are dangerous.

Londoners and tourists want to see Routemasters and not single-decker articulated busses.

I like the winning designs and being a Londoner, adult, tax payer who uses publc transport, they're a million times better than those awful Ken Livingstone incarnations.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
