Impressing a community organizer isn't too hard is it? Maybe the Obama administration can't find a successful business man because they are all busy trying to figure out how to avoid the massive tax burden about to be levyed on them for being successful.

Re: the situation being worse today then last year?

Of course it is. The US govt handed over billions of dollars in loans that everyone knew would not be paid back. The equity that the loans have been swapped for is much less valued.
Impeach all congressmen that have held a seat for the last 5 years.
It would benefit anyone that hasn't seen it, to watch The Great Global Warming Swindle, if only to give you the opinions on the other side. There is so much money involved in this topic there is no way you can trust any reporting as being 100% factual.
There are many ways to make simple grid structures that small, not really that impressive. Making logic patterns or interconnects that small is the problem.

The Acadia is definitely the one guys want to be seen in, while women probably prefer the Saturn and Buick. I also see more Acadias on the road in Texas.
Not letting other companies know what machinery you use is a competitive advantage that all auto companies cherish. I don't blame GM for firing the guy.

I can't believe all of you idiots that think the union should help get this guy's job back. The need for unions is long gone and a detriment to American businesses and thus economy.
Escalading? Where did you go to school?

God help this country....
Not sure why everyone rags on Sprint. I think call quality and data service is the best out there. To qualify that statement, I use an ATT blackberry for work, and had TMobile a few years back and both GSM service had way more dropped calls and super-slow data connections using edge. My Samsung M610 is the best phone I've ever had.

Everyone thinks customer service is poor. Guess I'm one of the few that hasn't had to deal with CS since signing up. Nearly everything can be done the Sprint website.
I guess you are scratching your head because you do not understand the relationship between Japan and Korea. Most Japanese people I know can't stand Korea, to put it nicely, for historical reasons.
Why is this news? This kind of thing happens all the time. I work for a large semiconductor equipment supplier and we have had our crates dropped by the freight company, the airlines, and the customer's riggers. Our systems go for $1.5M to $6M. This is why they sell something called insurance! It's a pain to deal with, but the insurance companies will figure out who was at fault. We also place a small piece of equipment in the crate that records all major shocks from the time of departing our factory in Germany until the crate is opened at the final destination. The time stamp is critical for the insurance company figuring out who did the damage.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
