No, it's locked to AT&T - that's why you can't use Tmobile's SIM. Check Pogue's review. I believe you'll be able to swap AT&T's SIMs, but I read somewhere that visual voicemail and something else are locked to main SIM.

my thoughts exactly. We're selling Infiniti G35 and keeping my 3series wagon, and getting smart convertible.
It's safe enough and I way cooler than most of the cars out there.

I vote for Linksys WRT54GC - the compact version. It's small and I found that range is better than WRT54G
