This is not a spam bot -- I actually do want one.
5-core!?!? I wonder how this will stack up against Tegra/Snapdragon powered babies like Qualcomm's netbook reference design: http://www.xhibitingblog.com/2008/12/the-qbook/
The concept is interesting, but is anyone else distressed at the lag in response and as @ahmedsendi/@dan point out the finger-oil
This is gorgeous -- I wonder how they were able to create a phone where the keys require no wiring behind them...
It definitely looks hot, and the features look solid, I'm just concerned that something that large will weigh a ton.
I believe 32nm is the magic linewidth for when Atom can actually be deployed on MIDs/new UMPCs like these: http://www.xhibitingblog.com/2008/09/slide-and-tilt/

*crosses fingers*
I'm a little skeptical as I:
(a) Have never heard of gscreen
(b) Haven't seen a weight quoted on this

Don't get me wrong it's a lot more visually appealing than the Lenovo model, but I can't get too excited until I see some more details here...
I hope by "dancing" they mean "segway-ing". Because that would be infinitely more entertaining
I got that -- comment still applies :-)
At first glance, they look like some Nintendo Wii-ified way to paint colors
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
