"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
Shoddy workmanship from a company that is representing that its product is state of the art. I bought one on Saturday. The earloop that comes attached to the unit fit snuggly, but each of the other three earloops provided in the package fit very loosely, such that the Jawbone would slip off if held by the earloop. I walked back into the store and we pulled out another package--same problem. I like to wear my bluetooth on the left ear so that was unacceptable, particularly for a product for which they are charging $119. I never even got to sample the technology, although it does look cool. It's possible that they will resolve their quality control problems, but I don't think I have the patience to wait for that.
