Your right Gene..how dare VZW and the other carriers try and make money..what is wrong with them?????

You stand your ground big man and don't give them your business, then they will learn. It is small people like you that change the face of business! Keep fighting the good fight.
You people are idiots!!!!! STOP comparing every phone made to the iPhone. The iPhone will represent such a small percentage of the overall handset market. 99% of cell buyers will be happy with an iPod and a cell phone from a carrier that does not suck.

Believe it or not all the other carriers will manage to stay in business (well maybe not Sprint) without having an iPhone in their line-up.
@13 - You are an indiot..go work for Sprint, oh wait they just layed off 5000 people and someone as dumb as you would likely not last long.

@7 You are as dumb as they day is long. VZW obviously woould not put their interface on something like this...moron!
WOW..another newly launched device that runs on EDGE..I like your strategy Cingular! Lets make lots of new devices that run on what is the slowest "pseudo" 3-G network in the world.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
