Give them the Microsoft Treatment. Just label them what they really are; a monopolistic power keg of hurt. We love their products (iPod, iPhone 3G, 3GS, Macbook, and iMac puchaser here), but just being honest, Apple comes across as smug do whatever we want to ass hats. In AT&T they have found their kindred spirit.

Google is rapidly moving in the same direction behind their facade of we just want all your info to help make your life easier. They should change their Motto to "Do no evil Today" that anyone has found out about.

All of these companies need to be corralled in a bit and given some ground rules to level the playing field. There is very little difference in principle between the iTunes Music Store and Windows, especially here in America. The only group that knows more about you than Google is the IRS.
Looks like i'll finally get a chance to dust off the Wii. Maybe the PS3 will be jealous for a change. Come to think of it, this might be a good time to finally finish Zelda.
That car is a track car, not a right off the production line daily driver like the GT-R and ZR1
Godzilla has done more for American pride than anyone of note in the past 20 years. Whenever any number is released about this car we Americans quickly unite and pull out our biggest gun (ZR1) we have.

I'll admit, I don't want the GT-R to top the ZR1 in any category, but Godzilla is really a special car. This car has Porsche and Corvette lovers in a tisy every time someone even mentions it's name. You have to be a beast if you can ruffle the feathers of those crowds.

I love that the GT-R and ZR1 are rivals; it's that kind of fierce competition that may keep both around in these days where muscle is a bad word in most companies with the recession killing brands left and right. We americans really want the Z06 to be the rival for the GT-R, but it just can't handle the task so we have to bring out big brother.
Amen brother. Apple sucks. They're predatory, give no information worth knowing half the time, and they're elitists in their actions, but hey did make a great phone and we bought it. The problem now is that while we like the product, it's getting harder to stomach the company that made it, because at least Microsoft Acknowledges that the customers opinions should be recognized, but Apple comes across like they just don't give a Damn! Oh, you wanted this feature or that feature, well screw you, you'll get what we give you and we don't care how many times you complain, we run this ship and all we need from you is your hard earned money.
Of course they're buying V8's. Who wants to be a poser. The V6 is actually not bad, but if this is the last real muscle car for the next 10 to 15 years (before they figure out how to get 30MPG from a V8) why would you spring for the V6 when it will at most save you 5 grand.
They should have named it Megatron!
Apple has lost control of their information department becuase their products leak out now more than a late model Ford. We all know their showing a new manufacturing process and new Pros and Macbooks already, just in time for the Christmas run. Yeah, they'll introduce one laptop that sits somewhere between the two just for that one more thing moment, but who really cares when you consider that dollars are pretty tight with so many people loosing their jobs and retirment funds in this economy. Up market products aren't going to be so popular this Christmas. If their smart, they'd be well served to get some laptops in the 899 and 999 price point range before their stock really takes a hit.

Oh yeah we all also know the 32GB iPhone will magically appear in the next two months also.
What exactly are they gaining by limiting this car to 200 and none seeing US shores. The look of this car should be the standard for the XKR not a limited edition run. Jaguar's decision making just defies common sense. First that take all the edge out of the XF concept (2nd greatest concept ever next to the evok) and now they go and limit the best looking car in the entire lineup.
Front facing Camera, hum!. Could there be iChat Mobile in the Touches future for those within reach of a wifi network. That sure would set the touch apart form the iPhone.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
