@knite19 and mroach: V/Z810 would be of a totally different class. For about $155(!) carrier/simlock free you can buy the Z710i here in Europe. That's quite cheap regarding its features. All reviews from major cellphone sites agree that this phone packs a very decent and informative outer display, a good inner display -though small, intuitive and fast menu, very good signal strength, quite good xhtml NetFront-browser with ability to create bookmark-folders etc and RSS, (semi)hot swappable memory card, unlimited voice- and call-recording, stereo bluetooth, flight mode, a 2MP camera better than some 3.2MP phonecameras, and is solidly build (unlike its competitor Nokia 6131). Some guys install the W710i firmware on it, so it act just like the walkman-phone (same hardware). All in all quite a pack, it would say!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
