What a bunch of jerks at Amazon to not put this out for Gen1. I guess I'll take a another look at the Nook.
About on par with the Seinfeld commercials.. and we know how awesome they were.. Actually, I was quite ambivalent about this commercial. It's just kind of there. Whatever. Where the F**k is Windows mobile 7 Redmond? 6.5 is a joke.
This would be pretty sweet!
Really? Have you read the case? Its tied to MS's "dominant" position in the marketplace, which allows them an unfair advantage over other browser producers (Opera/FF etc). They are offering it separately for both OEMs and users. And if you are so obtuse as to not believe that windows update will have IE8 as the first option you are, in fact, too stupid to be using the internet anyways.
The lack of comprehension of posters is mind boggling. The OEMs will simply bundle it themselves or another browser with the PC. wtf.

And Apple isn't a consideration because they aren't the defacto monopoly on the desktop for the tool bag asking about safari being bundled.

Is this 1998 again? 200mb for 40$?? that's just insanely overpriced. wouldn't it just make more sense to add tethering to your current phone and use that with a 5GB plan instead? What would the really unlimited plan be? 300$? 500$? ATT = RIP OFF.
I'll take it!

Thanks!
Yes please!

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
