Um... great, lovely. Now When will we be getting word on the new Tacoma?? Is there even a new Tacoma planned for this year or even next year??

Yeah, its a Caddy.
Its got Caddy lines and its pretty long. The smoking tire spin coming out of the turn tells me, this car has gobs of torque available pretty low down.

Plus it has the classic cocky American flare ;-). I say big engine power Caddy all the way for this one.

Ok Ryan,

Get off the blog!! Its 2:30 in the morning there is life outside of Engadget. Pay no attention to the time I am writing this comment either. it does not apply in this scenario as I have a very good reason to be up this late. I choose not to share at this time for... political reasons.

No good night good sirs go to sleep.

All I want to know is, which one will get a VGA screen???

So,

Has no one found any irony in the fact that the cops are now the ones in the Charger (think General Lee)?

What would Bo and Luke Duke think about this?

As an aspiring member of the ASPCV (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Vehicles), I say we launch a propaganda war against such atrocities!!

I'm starting a rumor (Shhh don't tell anyone).

I have reason to believe that Porsche has filed suit requesting an injunction against this film. Stating that depicting such a limited production vehicle in the manner intended would dramatically hinder their ability to market said vehicle. Such blatant act of senselessness would severely damage the image so carefully nutured for the product and weaken its appeal.

I was given this information by an anonymous source (real hush hush). Now, let the wildfires of opposition spread across the interweb!!

#28 BhaalSpawn... You should know that I am regarding you with a steely gaze of envy and bad thoughts!!
Yes, that burning sensation you feel is real... it is coming from across the pond!

Seriously though, this device would never be free for us Stateside... in fact it will probably be ridiculously expensive even after the rebates etc.
So yeah, we will be getting screwed.
Yup,

This is the phone I will upgrade to. Just ordered a Motorola V635 to serve as an interim phone until this one is released. I passed on the HTC 8125 because it did not have all the features that I wanted. This one does... well almost anyway.
The only thing missing in this device is a VGA screen. I really, really hope they make it VGA by launch time or at least offer a VGA model as well (are you listening HTC?).
This is the only convergence device that could entice me to give up my Dell PPC... if it had VGA that is (another hint, I'm being subtle).
Lets hope we get this phone stateside soon.
Toyota,

Engine options for the Tundra. Diesel or Ethanol option for both it and the Tacoma (very important). When? Also get some mileage numbers for both trucks.

Employ the GoDaddy method if you must and inveigle some info out of the execs about the next Supra!!!

Thanks guys, great job.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
