Thats not a bad deal from O2, I am a business user and pay through the nose for a BlackBerry pearl. I would love to know what the breakdown is on the figures, how much is being subsidised by the carriers.

11th July, here I come!
Jeeze, enough already, this blog used to be really interesting before it became a PR tool for everything apple.
I love the idea, but as everyone else has mentioned the design sucks the big one. I feel a little inspired to build one of these myself, but go a little ott with a monster switch, like something you would find next to an electric chair.

Its going to be sweet!

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
