Id like to see a dedicated row of numbers. Its sad when a sidekick provides a better typing experience than my droid.

Id also like to be able to do more without wifi restrictions, ie: upload vids to facebook.

The camera is fine. Anyone complaining about dvd quality video and a 5mp zoom autofocus with flash is just greedy.

Id love to see a multi app feature like the pre. Its incredibly sexy.
So this isn't being released on a carrier? Just unlocked GSM? I'm confused
@Monkeytofu

Exactly. Do you have any idea how many girls on Facebook want a video like that of their friends and them playing in the park at 8fps with sunbursts and a soft indie song over it? Hundreds of thousands.
So how much are they?
Speed Forge 3D is the ONLY game in the Android Market right now that looks like a true "video game." I downloaded the demo and it's pretty sweet, but that's only in comparison to the plethora of Bejeweled and Word game apps it's competing with. It will be a while before this is worth buying.
I have the "Sidekick 2008" and I'm pretty pleased with it. I've had the Sidekick III and the Sidekick ID, so I guess you can say I was more than excited to hear a NEW Sidekick was coming out. Android has won me over however, so I won't be upgrading to the new LX. WiFi is also very important, especially for those of us in a non-3G T-Mobile area such as INDIANAPOLIS. Yes, we are still using EDGE here believe it or not. So all in all I've been happy with my sidekicks for the past 4 years but I'm much more interested in the "MyTouch" or whatever other Android phones are coming out this year on T-Mob USA.
This service isn't for everyone, which is why it isn't being advertised -- but for others, it's perfect. My mom lives out of state and hates computers yet she is always wanting to see pictures of her new grandson. Bam, $24 a year and I can send her a new photo everyday without having to print and ship 'em. This is absolutely perfect, I am adding this to my T-Mobile plan this week -- mothers day is just around the corner! Thanks engadget.
Hey, an improved Samsung Propel.
So they're gutting the internals and completely changing everything about the way the car runs and only keeping the shell design. Hmm, sounds like it's not a hummer then. Sounds like they're KIRF
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
