No way mario beats sonic in the long jump, not with sonic's acceleration to the line; but point taken with swimming events, mario's got that hands down, there are no air bubbles in the bottom of pools & running across the water (ala Sonic 3) doesn't count.
OH and definitely ghouls & ghost and tmnt (nes)
bionic commando??? all you had to do was find a spot where enemies would constantly be coming at you and level up. it was a grind but it made the game alot easier.

on another note, Silver Surfer!!! i can't believe some folks brought that up. that was a ridiculously hard game. blaster master, ninja gaiden (nes), shinobi, comix zone and alter beast (on hardest through the option menu) are the hardest games i've played.
Pearl Red is suppose to be dropping sometime next week.
elgee02,

wow dude wow...I guess you didn't catch the end of my last post that said clearly "it was sarcasm". you know like making a wrong or outrageous claim as a joke? i guess not. i've seen/used the treo 700wx and the vx6700 so i know they don't enforce that bs ui on everything. maybe i should have led with that instead of relying on your sarcasm detection switch to flip on.
haha @ #8. I know I'm late but I wanted to address the guy who called me a "moron". Usually moron's don't read or try to understand what's going on. The article says Apple & VZW couldn't come to an agreement stating that Apple's demands were too high citing my "they didn't want VZW's ui on there". It was sarcasm but I guess you couldn't catch that.
Apple didn't want that useless and limited VZW UI on their phone...and I don't blame them.
Why o why do they continue to put out razr variants? And Moto wonders why they keep losing money left and right.
There's a simple solution to all of the problems...wait for the next Mario Golf.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
