The tilt has been out since last year. HTC can easily release this with At&T and the price of the tilt will drop while they phase out the 8125 if that's still being sold. Saying they wouldn't want to rival the tilt is like saying HTC shouldn't have released the tilt because AT&T already had the 8125.
It's amazing that this entry doesn't even take into consideration that there are 2bil+ people in china. Pretty much a a third of the worlds possible consumers.

MS should replace HDDVD with Bluray pronto if they want to see an increase in adoption by folks with no game consoles. As a non-diehard gamer that's pretty much the deciding factor for me and believe me there are lots of folks like me. Besides there are also people with kids that would rather kill two birds with one stone. what's better than buying something that your kids can play with and can play your favorite title in a non-dead format?
