They comitted a crime. The fact that it was a cell phone does not change that. All people who steal should be put in jail for their crimes. These people are no different.
I really would like to see a GOOD digital camera designed into a cell phone. I like to take pictures and the majority of phones take poor quality. Including a good digital camera allows us to take photos that are important on the spur of the moment.
Some of the phones look interesting. The one with the turnable screen to use as sort of a wide screen would be nice for video.

Not all concepts of conept phones get into general usge, but some amazing features do finally end up in general useage in acouple of years
NTP deserves NO money for what they have done. NOw that the patents have been ruled invalid, RIM should turn around and sue NTP for the costs of the litigation.

If NTP was smart, they would just go away and lick their wounds. THe judge also needs to be reprimanded for refusing to take into account some of the earlier patent rulings.

I am not a blackberry user.
I assume that it is on the Verizon network and not GSM. Too bad. The convergance of video and cell phone in this product looks great.
The Palm OS is pretty stable. It would interesting to see if this is more stable. It could possibly allow for greater flexibility
I have the HW6515 and this looks like a nice upgrade. The only problem I have had with the HW6515 is it does not have non-volatile memory for the phone numbers (I lost all mine recently because of this). I hope they fixed it in this version.

BTW, I lobe Engadget and can't wait to see how the Mobile page works out.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
