This is WAY better looking than the CAMO version they released... I'm still wondering what the new version of the sk will be, the 2.5 or 3.5 whatever it is...
I like the color scheme, just that I GOT MY BLACKBERRY 8700 yesterday!!! Waiting on the Blackberry 8800 to drop...
Can you consider me for this? The job that I work at requires a good camera, of course, THEY HAVEN'T SET FOR IN ANYTHING THAT WE REQUIRE! :-) Donate it to those that need it like me!!!
My fault, didn't describe the reasoning behind him and his love for a RAZR! He wanted a cell phone before the season started. As a means of giving him something to work towards, I said if he hit a home run, I'd get him the phone of his choice, which was and still is a RAZR. I just thought it would be good to give him a goal to work towards... If I couldn't afford it, I wouldn't have made it an option, because that would make me irresponsible. If he's spoiled, please don't look at my two other kids then, who are 3 and 10 months, cause they are worse off than he was at their ages... BTW, I've seen younger kids than mine, walking around with Sidekicks and cell phones period, what would you say about those kids???
He's pretty good with expensive electronics, he's had a PSP since day one and it's survived!!! That was more (with games and everything) than any phone, cause total, I think I've spent about $1000 on games, movies and car charger...
My 7 year old son wants a RAZR, now I can get him one with my plan on SPRINT! He would've gotten one on another carrier, but he didn't hit a homerun during the last little league season!!! When's this droppin'???
Wayne, I would say yes! I was an avid user of the TREO 650, I had it when they first came out, before EVERYONE had them... I would've kept it, but I got in a car accident, spilled an entire 42oz Coke from McDonald's on it, only thing really wrong with it, the e/1 key stuck!!! I have the PPC-6700 right now, I like the Treo better... Just matter of your opinion I guess. The Treo you can use with one hand or both, the PPC-6700 is too bulky, especially mine, because I have the extended battery...
:-) How's about when YOU get done tampering with it, since you guys at engadget and engadgetmobile are so nice and love giving stuff away, donate it to the Magoo Needs A Treo 700wx Foundation??? (it's worth a try!)
YES!!! Truth be told, I rarely use the either phone to surf the net, cause it still takes a little time to load up. I'm usually near a computer. But when I'm not, I have both the PPC-6700 and a Blackberry 7230. I know, 2 phones??? Yes, I get asked that question all the time. In the industry I work for (radio station manager) I don't like the fact that you can look me up in any trade magazine and find my POCKET PC #!!! So I decided that I would have a seperate # and phone for the friends and family... I had the Treo 650 early, when it first came out for Sprint. Only reason I switched to the Pocket PC was cause I got in a wreck, spill a BUCKET OF COKE (a 42oz drink from Mickey D's) on my Treo... Now I'm going back!!1
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!! Now I can rid of this BULKY PPC-6700 that I had to buy the EXTRA SUPER SIZED battery....
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
