Just to confirm that this did work via a PC for me. You do need to be patient though, so hang in there even if it looks like nothing is happening.
Fn-F8 gives you precisely that.

I've had an X300 since March 25th. Upped the RAM to 4 Gig (I do a lot of work inside VMWare images), got the extra battery to replace the DVD drive, and also have the 3G modem.

There's only two things I can think of that could improve it (taking into account of course the whole purpose of the thing).

1. An SD card slot.
2. Turn it into a tablet.

If you are fortunate enough to not have to worry about whether your primary work laptop costs $1K, $2K or $3K (and I fully respect that there are many who do have to worry about such things), then I honestly don't think this thing can be beaten.
The Toshiba G900 literature clearly states that it has Opera packed in (8.6 IIRC).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
