Well it looks like my pockets are about to be hurting because I'm gonna get this and the G1.
I would love to see a Zune phone. I don't own a zune but a couple of my friends do and the first thing that comes to mind is: Why can't a WinMo device function like this(Apple fanboys insert obvious comments here). I know that the Touch HD may be a step in the right direction but its Touchflo GUI still sits on top of a glitchy OS(WM6.1) But what about a Zune phone with a Zune OS totally built around music, social networking, and just good functionality. I am really starting wonder if the WM people are really thinking things through. Hopefully they get it right with WM7. I think I'll head to the bomb shelter now before I'm hit with a barrage of Apple fanboy fury.
Hook me up :-)
T-Mobile US.....You've got two chances to step your game up with the Diamond or the Sony Ericsson-X1.
Wow T-Mob no US 3g network and you take a shiznit on one of few groups of people who keep people interested in your behind times asses. T-Mob should go after Crayola too then.....
I hope there is a kick ass Win-Mo PDA phone in T-Mo's 3G line up...If not bye bye T-mobile....
To be honest the Xperia X1 may just be the deciding factor on whether I leave t-mobile or not. If T-Mo releases a slew of crappy, under-featured phones for its 3g network I'm jumping ship to the death star or sprint(provided wi-max is up to par)
T-Mo can I PLEASE see a T-Mo US 3G WinMo device with these specs+a touch screen....I'm really about ready to go to the at&t deathstar!
HTC needs to do whatever it take to rectify this situation and do right by its customers. And do not charge a fee as the people who bought these phones have already paid for it through being inconvenienced by poor performing products. And that latest reply from you does not give you a get out of jail free card HTC. It gives you an extension on delivering what you should have in the first place. The customers who paid a nice amount of money will hold you accountable. Show and Prove HTC, Show and Prove.
Htc fix this issue already....Do right by the consumers who have spent their hard earned bucks on your product. My best friend has a Tilt with PointUI on it and it sux. I have a Hermes with PointUI and its awesome. I just got my W2 and was thinking about droppin some cash on the Tilt but after this fiasco...I'm holding off.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
