It would look so great on my lithe wrist.
As much as it pains me to realize that my PowerMac G5 will fall further behind the curve as time moves on, at least Apple has the political courage to cut its ties with the past in favor of innovation, unlike another OS company I could mention.

I suppose there's a line that's not that easy to tiptoe along in an effort to appease those using hardware that is ten years or more past its 'sell by' date; an OS company can't afford to alienate an entire install base by cutting them loose too soon, when the hardware in which their users have invested is still viable. Microsoft has been loathe to 'un-support' all the old hardware it still finds in many millions of beige computer cases out there - hence Windows ME and, to a lesser extent, Vista. But still...
Why so many crossposts between Engadget and Engadget Mobile? This stuff belongs over there.

Someone please make an app with all the battery-saving settings on one screen - airplane mode, wifi on/off, bluetooth on/off, screen dimming, push, etc.
