Hmm.. it looks cool, but I'm wondering if it's real. Didn't cingular go with HSDPA rather than UMTS? Why would they release a UMTS phone. Am I just confused here or something?
Answer to comment #3

You use Boot Camp completely separately. As far as I know, there is no way to use the Parallels VM using Boot Camp.

Also - I can attest that Parallels is fast. Faster than any other Virtualization I've used (VMWare, Virtual PC, QEMU, etc) on Mac or Windows.
For my home machine, I certainly won't be running Windows at all. But if I got an Intel Mac at work, I'd rather run Windows in VMWare than boot up to it. So I'm hoping for the virtualization solution, rather than the native boot.

Although - I still do think it's really cool that someone was able to hack this.
I think it's great that people are willing to spent time making things like this, but I gotta ask - why?

There's already VLC and Mplayer for Mac. They both have more codecs than you can shake a stick at. And VLC is very stable.
It doesn't really seem to work anyways. I've tried to upload a couple contacts via vCard and it's still chugging away hours later.. doesn't seem to have done anything.
What kind of movie file is that? Quicktime says I need a 3rd part component to view it.
What are you guys talking about?? the old calendar is hideous. The new one rocks. Goodbye ugly red & white calendar - hello black!
That's cool and I'm glad they made it. But it doesn't look as good as SynergyKM. Not as many options - can't remap keys, etc. Also, it looks like it has to be open to be run (I'm not sure) - but I much prefer the System Preferences pane to a separate application.
Heh.. I've experienced both of those problems before. The paypal one was awhile ago. I just went to credit card for a little while and then back to paypal. But the problem where you can't purchase the album because it's being modified is happening right now. I contacted Apple support and they said they would fix it and that I could try again in a couple days.
Dude.. this rocks so much. I can't wait to get home and install this on my Mythbox.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
