@jon

And all of that is legal if I had my own private track in my backyard. I could do whatever I wanted to the cars and still race them. The point is if you buy something, it is yours to do what you please. Whatever it can do once modified has nothing to do with modifying it in the first place and it isn't your problem after that.

Why does personal responsibility not exist anymore? Modding is fine. Playing cracked games on it is not. You going to blame the modder when you are the one who downloaded and played the games. Guns are fine. Shooting people are not. You going to blame the gun manufacturer (oh wait, they already do). GTA is fine. You kill people and blame GTA. You going to blame Rockstar (oh wait, they already do). I think you get my point.

Hey, it works! :D
I picked mine up this afternoon. I have had a Treo 600, SDA, and now a Dash. In my book, the Dash is the best phone I have ever used.

Everything works perfectly. Nothing bad to say about the Dash, and hopefully, it will stay that way :)
I called up a few local T-Mobile stores in my area, some said they dont know, but the rest said Monday, the 16th.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
