Stop treating the mobile platform like it's a mini PC, and treat it like a mobile platform.
Multiple Exchange support... Seriously, how did the Pre beat Microsoft to the punch here?
The Ability to edit Office Documents is great, and powerful, but don't treat it like a gimick, it's the devices strongest selling point, because it builds on as an extension to the Microsoft Office platform. Don't treat it like a bastard child....
Be more stable.
Truely support the change of screen orientation and hardware keyboards. Don't know how many Windows Mobile devices I've seen choke on the slide out keyboard....
Have an advanced non-hidden graphic interface task manager.... I want to shut apps off every now and then... But I don't want to have to dig to do it. and I certatinly don't want to have to run an additional app to do it.

The phone dialer needs to be big, and easy to use. But most importantly, responsive!!!!
Yes, a pretty interface goes a long way, but stable functionality goes even further. Cause after that, I'll skin the hell out of it and make it just right for me.
