Man, I work for Tmobile and am ashamed by the slime that comes through the door, and even more amazed by the screw ups that upset customers. I had one customer with a phone that's crashing or freezing, and the rep actually noted, Advised to pwrcycle a few times...

Apparently, there's no training anymore.

Gay means evil or a hell-tresspassing sin. In a game where evil is so omnipresent, how couldn't you expect people to not want to mention the most insidious and atrocious segment of people.

Mink Coat, sunglasses, Pimp suit. And Large rings. Or you could find something hideous, like a plaid suit from good will. You could also sell grey collars at the mavs games, to mock the "dress code"[One of those freebies to up attendance]

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
