ive never had an issue removing the battery cover. put the phone screen down in your right palm.. with your left hand press firmly and slide up. not hard at all. id prefer this over a flimsy/loose cover any time.

PAM is not possible with a plan yet BUT you can disable modem nai and use PAM for free... even better. oh and people complaining the dont get calls while theyre online... you can fix that too. ##debugmenu#

ddtm off for calls ringing thru
modem nai off for free PAM usage

and now onto 3rd party apps. this phone has already been 'hacked' to allow 3rd party apps to run without being signed correctly. the only issue here is lack of developers. THE PHONE IS ABLE TO RUN 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE.

stop hating. this phone was named an iphone killer simply for having faster data services that the FIRST iphone. it was never compared to the iphone 3G.
my gmail updates just fine with my Instinct. ive heard of other email services with issues... but who doesnt have a gmail account these days??

i love my instinct.. its no iphone killer but its still nice. fast internet, 2MP camera, with some hackin you can use this as a modem connection for your laptop.. etc etc..

i phone isnt perfect either you know ;)
fix that "90's" part ASAP!! your geek license has been suspended(unless it was a typo of course ;) )
p1 is amazing
Wee I want this :)

I don't have Helio but I'd love to hack around with it and get it working on Sprint. I've gotten Verizon phone to work on sprint.. Sprint phones working on Verizon. Google Maps with GPS to on Sprint. Sprint's Pivot service( w/Cox) on a non-pivot phone in a non-cox area. A900 upgraded to an A900m. etc etc.. ITS YOUR TURN OCEAN :D
heh, i have no time for photoshop. the screens are in fact virtual which is why they look weird.

the point of the entry was to show off the body of the phone. UI looks like every other newer samsung on the m510 and looks like junk on the sanyo as usual.

i believe both screens were 176x200, yawn.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
