7. Philips Norelco 7240XL

Because I'm allergic to hair, but it keeps coming back.....forcing me to break out in all sorts of freakish ways until I look like the love chiled of Shrek and a wherewolf.
Bob, if i remember correctly, they are planning on producing 4-Core conroes....meaning that 2 processors would not be needed to match the 4-core G5.
the article doesnt say the cheaper model isnt capable of supporting the bluetooth controllers....it says it wont SHIP with them. so it COULD be true....
to Quantumphysics.....

HD-DVD will win....simply because its cheaper.

For media purposes, if a whole 1080p movie can fit on a single HD-DVD disc....what difference does higher capacity make?

for storage purposes...."$48 for the 50GB discs" should be enough to know why its going to fail :). For the rumoured price of the burners to even use these things, I could buy a a terrabyte in HD storage....even with RAID, just in case one fails(and the blu-ray discs can STILL get scratched, it IS possile). BUT THEN you add in the discs, which would cost me what, another $960 for a terrabyte!!!!!

HD-DVD and hard disc drives FTW
#3....yeah thats right. a Ready-Link(sprint PTT) phone can not chirp a Direct Connect(nextel PTT) phone.

which is why they had to incorporate both iDEN AND CDMA into the sets. they essentially would use nextels network for PTT, and sprints for essentially everything else.

I wouldnt rule out the phones having both ready-link AND direct connect....since its possible. but they cant work together, given that there technologies being way different.
so if whole 1080p movies fit on an HD-DVD disc....whats the point of more storage space on Blu-Ray????

it would seem kinda pointless to me.

especially since larger hard drives can be had for cheaper than a blu-ray burner will be when they come out.....its obviously not a good idea to use for back-up storage.

and people say blu-rays going to win????? whats the advantage of it?
I WANT A SPRINT 6700!!!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
