I've got the update for my 8525. I don't see anything about Blackberry Connect either on the device or on the update site over at HTC. I had heard RIM was going to start supporting WM devices but I don't think this is one of those cases... yet.
I don't know about the Cardinal but my guess is the "Ram" is the Nokia 6126, which will replace the 6102i in Cingular's lineup.
