Is it just me or did Luke Wilson gain a shit ton of weight? I'm trying to think what his last movie was... and I'm not trolling, I'm actually a huge fan.

It seems like he's gotten a bit bored with his time or something... so my comment is - Luke Wilson? Why AT&T? Does he have some type of appeal to advertise with regarding cell phones? Please someone tell me!

and also the PS3 sometimes takes longer to get the DLC out (cough cough Fallout 3)

Yeah, I do that already with the two consoles. Exclusives are bought for the PS3, everything that comes out on both is on the Xbox.

I'm an achievement whore, so naturally this is what I do to get the most trophies. I'm whored out from the achievements, so the trophies don't bother me so much if I don't have a huge collection. :-)

Is this a PS3 fanboy thread? Why are the people saying they would pay are getting lower ranks?

If the PS3 charges a monthly fee like XBL, I wonder what the 360 community who owns a PS3 will think. Since I own both, I'd be a little annoyed I would have to pay for both, but then again I don't play multiplayer on the PS3 because it's crap compared to XBL.

Can someone enlighten me here and tell me why they think PC games don't charge to play online for free (besides the subscription based ones of course)? Do they not have to pay royalties or something like that, like game developers do, to Sony, Nintendo, and MS for using their consoles? Is that why the games are usually $10 cheaper on the PC than on PS3/Xbox?

You just said it - MMOs have a lot of maintenance done on their servers to provide the support it needs for all the gamers out there.

MW2 had 2 million XBL accounts loggedi n at once - that's 10% of the entire live population. You don't think that's a service that needs to support a massive number of users?

WoW has millions of subscribers, 15 million I think the last time I checked, but their service doesn't cost an average of $4.17 (or $3.85 for the 12+1 cards) a month, it costs more.

yeah that's what i was thinking. maybe impulse buyers might grab it - there have been retail packaging in boxes with DLC codes for stuff like Fallout3 content.

So it seems like all I hear from bloggers/writers here at Engadget and Gizmodo are complaints about AT&T in the large urban areas they live and work in. It sounds like they would jump ship if the iPhone was offered with another carrier.

My question is: is it worth going to a carrier you don't really prefer just for a phone? T-Mobile is one example - they have a lot of different phones I'd like to try out, but in my area there's absolutely NO 3G coverage at all. AT&T's 3G coverage is pretty good where I am, it's almost never on EDGE; Texas in general seems to have great 3G coverage for any AT&T phone I've had.

Sprint is another company that has a line up I'd like to check out, plus unlimited mobile calling for a little bit more on your plan. If a phone is that awesome, should I change to a company I don't really want to care for? I mean I like GSM phones because you can roam with them (but I have to be honest, I don't travel overseas too often).
