This rumor is %100 TRUE. I work for Motorola Canada and I spoke with a good friend of mine, the Nokia Brand rep, and the North American version of the N95 is on its way in Canada to Rogers Wireless.

THIS IS TRUE!!
OLD NEWS!!!! ROGERS HAS BEEN DOING THIS NOW FOR OVER ONE YEAR!
Also, to the person who commented that T-Mobile should come to Canada, I completely agree, however, they tried to.

The reason why Rogers purchased Fido and paid a price that was higher than it deserved was because T-Mobile was interested in purchasing Fido, with the distinct possibility of changing the name and everything, putting Fido to sleep.

T-Mobile will never be in Canada, but I sure hope AT&T comes up.
This is GOOD NEWS!

We need another GSM carrier here in Canada. Fido is a joke because Rogers just made it a bad version of itself. At&t will bring lots of new handsets and more competition between Rogers and the other carriers.

Also, maybe At&t will finally also bring us two year contracts!!! Why are we still the only place left with 3 year contracts.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
